About Rainbow Palette

Hi!  We are Julie and Anu and we created Rainbow Palette because we saw a need for a great art program in elementary schools.

Classroom teachers told us…

that finding time to teach art is a challenge, but if the projects aligned with subjects, it would seem more worthwhile.

that teaching art is daunting because of all the planning that it requires.

that they never learned how to teach art, but it is now required of them.

We created a program…

where each grade has their own, aligned lessons.

that has simple to teach lessons and requires no planning, other than supplies.

with lessons that ANYONE can teach, even volunteers.

so that the students skills build each year, growing confident artists.

that inspires creativity and showcases artists too.
